Though we don't try to compete with grocery stores or anyone else, many of our prices are around grocery store's regular pricing*, sometimes lower. What you are purchasing (unlike what the store can guarantee) is cattle born, raised and processed in the U.S.A. in a USDA facility. *Your location, store preference and type of cut will affect pricing.
*Where do your cattle come from?
--> Our Certified Black Angus calves are born on a Texas ranch. They are hand selected by Aaron, who has years of experience in the cattle industry. We, Land of Oz Beef, own our cattle, know what they have eaten and how they are raised.
*Who do you sell to?
--> We sell to residents who want to eat better quality food with exceptional flavor.
*I don't want to buy in bulk, can I buy less?
-->Yes, absolutely. We sell individual cuts, from one steak to a 2-3 lb roast to 1 lb package of stew meat. Shop All
*How are your cattle raised?
--> Our cattle graze in a pasture on the best grasses in Kansas and Texas. They are corn finished to mellow out the wild taste, this also contributes to the beautiful marbling.
*What type of flavor does your beef have?
--> We call it steakhouse flavor/quality. Imagine a high-end steakhouse.
*How does purchasing in bulk work?
--> We do things differently here at Land of Oz Beef. We give you the option of 100% customizing. How this works is we will email you our current custom bulk order form. On this form, you have the option of choosing every cut you prefer. You will only receive what you choose. We then create a well-rounded package for you. Instead of weight, we go by value. --> We are a delivery only company. We do this to keep overhead low to pass the savings on to you.
*How is your beef packaged?
--> Your order will arrive frozen in a vacuum sealed package. This is the very best way to preserve freshness and flavor.

--> Right now, there are two of us plus our calf rancher (where we initially purchase the calves), processor and butcher. When you purchase from us, you are supporting a small business.
